“BREAKING” Oliver Glasner Explodes After Nottingham Forest’s Brentford Defeat as Furious Manager Delivers Brutal Warning to Players: “My Patience Has Gone”

Oliver Glasner Sends Strong Warning to Nottingham Forest Players After Brentford Defeat

Oliver Glasner has delivered a strong message to his Nottingham Forest players following their disappointing 2-0 defeat against Brentford, admitting that his patience is running out as the club continues to struggle for consistency.

Forest have now suffered four defeats in their last five matches, leaving Glasner increasingly frustrated with his team’s performances. The manager acknowledged that he may have been too lenient with certain players and insisted that things must change immediately.

Speaking to BBC Radio Nottingham, Glasner made it clear that he expects a much stronger response from his squad.

The Forest boss admitted that the recent results were unacceptable and stressed that his players must take responsibility for turning the situation around.

Glasner also suggested that he had made too many compromises in the past, explaining that he now intends to deliver a clearer and firmer message to the dressing room.

He warned that players must be prepared to follow his instructions, otherwise the club could eventually move in a different direction by appointing another manager.

Beyond the disappointing results, Glasner identified a lack of intensity and physical commitment as major problems within his team.

He questioned why Forest continue to be outrun by their opponents and lose important individual battles, insisting that these basic elements must improve before discussions about tactical formations can become relevant.

According to the Austrian manager, it makes little difference whether his team plays with three, four or five defenders if the players cannot win their duels and match the opposition’s work rate.

Glasner was particularly unhappy with the manner in which Brentford opened the scoring, pointing to another defensive mistake from a long ball delivered by the goalkeeper.

He explained that Forest had previously conceded similar goals and argued that the latest incident was not simply bad luck but another example of poor awareness and a failure to deal with a situation they had already prepared for.

The manager also dismissed suggestions that the problems were related to preparation, insisting that his players must start putting what they learn during training sessions and video analysis into practice during matches.

Glasner concluded with a blunt warning to his squad, making it clear that his patience has finally run out and that immediate improvements are now required.
